An Arctic adventure where lights dance in the sky
It’s here at the top of the world where you’ll experience one of nature’s finest wonders, the Aurora Borealis. A natural phenomenon caused by the interaction of the solar wind with the earth’s magnetic field, during the winter months, the aurora lights up the night sky with an unforgettable display of dancing colours and shapes.
And while the sky is a spectacle all to itself, you’ll also have plenty to see and do on land, from riding across the tundra in a huskie drawn sled to spending the night at a hotel carved out of the ice. But there’s one final surprise: after exploring the region from the land, you’ll get the chance to see it from the air, from a hot air balloon.
